A storefront designed around your business
Many e-commerce platforms begin with a theme and leave the business owner to assemble the rest. Pages, plugins and design settings gradually become a storefront, but keeping everything consistent becomes part of running the store.
Unstack starts with a complete, managed storefront. Its structure, product pages, navigation, cart and checkout are designed to work together from the beginning. The visual identity can be adapted to your brand without rebuilding the foundations of the store.
Because the frontend is managed, improvements to performance, accessibility and platform features can be applied as the system develops. The headless architecture still leaves room for more specialized experiences, but Unstack does not expose every part of the storefront through a visual builder.
The tools that matter work together.
An online store is more than a product catalogue and a shopping cart. To sell effectively in Bulgaria, you need payments, delivery, order management, reporting, and connections to local services and regulatory requirements.
Unstack includes XML reporting for the NRA, integration with Econt, online payments through Stripe, and a product designer for supported customizable products. Catalogue, order, customer, and content management are also part of the same system.
These capabilities are developed and maintained together, instead of making your store depend on a collection of disconnected add-ons. The tools you need are available from the beginning and can evolve alongside the platform.
Built with Bulgarian commerce in mind
Global platforms can be used in Bulgaria, but local requirements often have to be handled through external modules, separate services, or manual work.
Unstack is developed with these requirements in mind. The platform supports the information needed to register an online store with the NRA and generates standardized XML reports. Its Econt integration covers local delivery methods and the processes around them, while supported payment providers enable online payments.
These capabilities are part of the platform and are maintained alongside the rest of the store. The goal is to prevent local requirements from becoming an unexpected obstacle after the business has already launched.
Growth without arbitrary caps
Many platforms tie their pricing to the number of products, staff accounts, or other easily measured metrics. Normal growth can therefore push a store onto a more expensive plan, even when it creates no meaningful additional load on the platform.
Unstack does not place arbitrary limits on the number of products in your catalogue or the people managing your store. Pricing should reflect the infrastructure you use, the level of service you need, and the actual complexity of your business—not the number of records in a database.
This does not mean resources are infinite. High traffic, substantial storage, or demanding specialized processes may require additional infrastructure. In those cases, scaling is discussed according to the real workload rather than triggered by an arbitrary limit.
Adaptable to how your business works
Most businesses need products, payments, and order management, but the way they operate can be entirely different. A theatre, a print shop, and a T-shirt store, for example, sell differently and have different requirements for administration and order fulfilment.
Unstack’s headless architecture allows the platform to adapt without replacing its foundations. Partner ordering, customer-specific products, online design tools, production workflows, ERP integrations, and specialized administration can all be built as part of the same system.
The standard configuration should be enough for most startups and small businesses. When a workflow requires something more specialized, additional development can be planned and scoped around the specific need.
A strong foundation from day one
SEO, accessibility, and strong performance should not be added after launch as a separate optimization package. They depend on how the store is structured and developed from the beginning.
Unstack includes semantic structure, metadata, structured data, and the technical foundations search engines need to understand the store’s content. Optimized loading, caching, and modern edge hosting help pages reach customers quickly across different devices.
This foundation does not replace quality content or guarantee a particular search ranking. It ensures that the technical side does not begin as a problem that needs to be fixed after the store launches.
